The Company processes your personal data

1. based on your prior informed and voluntary consent and only to the extent necessary and in each case for a purpose; i.e. collects, records, organizes, stores and uses it;
2. in some cases, the processing of your data is based on legal requirements and is mandatory; in such cases, we will specifically draw your attention to this fact;
3. in some cases, the Company or a third party has a legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data, including, among others, the operation, development and security of our website.

2. About the Company’s data

The company is not obliged to appoint a data protection officer under Article 37 of the GDPR.

3. About the data processed by the Company

Collection of feedback on the work performed by the Company so far in order to increase the success of the Company’s activities. Location: “References” section of the website.	The following data voluntarily provided by previous clients: name, occupation, place of residence.	For an unlimited period of time, or until a statement is sent by the persons providing individual feedback (reference) requesting the deletion of the feedback (reference).

4. Responsibility for providing data

The Company does not verify the personal data provided to it. The person providing it is solely responsible for the adequacy of the data provided. When providing an email address, any person contacting the Company also assumes responsibility for the fact that he or she is the only one who uses the Company’s services from the email address provided. In view of this, any responsibility for communications and data sharing made at a given email address lies solely with the person who registered the email address.

5. About cookies managed by the Company
